Nominations now open for the 2025 National Sales Awards

The National Sales Awards, in partnership with the National Sales Conference, is delighted to announce the opening of nominations for the 2025 awards programme.

This event is designed to shine a spotlight on the exceptional achievements of sales professionals across the UK, recognising both individuals and teams who demonstrate outstanding performance, unwavering dedication, and ground-breaking innovation.

The Awards celebrate not just impressive sales figures, but the passion, perseverance, and strategic brilliance that can drive real, sustainable growth. With 10 diverse categories, from Sales Director of the Year to Rising Star, these awards provide a national platform for sales professionals at all levels to gain well-deserved recognition.

The Judging Process

The National Sales Awards employs a three-stage judging process, overseen by an independent panel of esteemed sales leaders. This ensures objective evaluation, eliminating internal bias and awarding success solely on merit. The panel includes industry luminaries such as Will Matthews (Sales Ops & Effectiveness Director), Sue Preston (Vice President, WW Advisory), Tony Hughes (Chief Executive Officer), and Chris Brindley MBE (Elite Sports Business Mentor).
