Josh Llewellyn-Jones OBE – STOP Selling Yourself Short

Born with cystic fibrosis, Josh Llewellyn-Jones was given a 0% chance of surviving his first night due to complications.

Growing up, he was told he wouldn’t make 30. Now 35, he’s a World Record Holder, Speaker & Performance Coach.

Through his work with businesses within the Fortune 500, he’s enabled top sales teams to improve performance in their jobs and personal lives and goals.

About Josh:

Born with cystic fibrosis, Josh was given 10% chance of surviving his first night due to complications. Growing up, he was told he wouldn’t make 30. Now 35, he’s a World Record Holder, Speaker & Performance Coach.

At 29, he completed the ‘World’s Fittest Man Challenge’ to become one of only 5 in the world.

The following year on 29th September 2018, he became the first and only man to lift 1,000,000 kg’s in under 24 hours to raise awareness for cystic fibrosis, beating the old record by over 500,000 kg’s.

In December 2022, Josh launched Lift Club, a community to help Lift 1 million people. Focussing on the mind, body and health, Josh is on a mission to help people all over the World through weekly content, online programs and group coaching.
