This Sunday is International Women’s Day, a moment to celebrate the women who lead, challenge, build and change the game.

In sales, leadership and business, progress doesn’t just come from strategy. It comes from voices that shift perspective.

That’s why this week felt like the perfect time to revisit one of our favourite moments from the National Sales Conference stage: Zena Everett and her powerful message around productivity, boundaries and purposeful leadership.

When Zena took the mic at NSC25, she didn’t just talk about time management. She challenged the badge of honour that is being “crazy busy.”

Her message was simple but powerful:
  • Busy isn’t the same as productive.
  • Boundaries are a leadership skill.
  • Energy is a strategic asset.
In a world where inboxes never stop and performance pressure is constant, that mindset shift matters.

This Women’s Day, it’s a reminder that leadership isn’t about doing more but about doing what matters.

Here’s to the women in our community who lead with clarity, confidence and purpose. 💜

Thanks
Steve
