AI Sales Tools: Winter 2025 release could drive revenue growth for small businesses

If you’re feeling the pressure to do more with less, you’re not alone. Today’s fast-paced business world sees growing companies constantly looking for ways to maximise efficiency and boost revenue.

Enablement leader, Seismic, has responded to these challenges with its Winter 2025 Product Release. The key focus? Using artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline sales processes and provide clear, measurable results..

The release is designed to target the pain points that many Chief Revenue Officers and their teams experience. These include inefficient processes, lack of visibility across operations, and challenges in maintaining alignment as teams scale.

AI Copilot now integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams

Among the key features is the expansion of Aura Copilot to Slack and Microsoft Teams. This integration allows sales representatives to receive fast answers to their questions without leaving their collaboration platforms, creating a more streamlined workflow for customer interactions.

The expansion comes as recent Seismic research revealed that 95% of go-to-market leaders reported greater efficiency after implementing AI-powered tools in their enablement processes. Additionally, 90% noted improved agility and speed to market, while 88% saw optimised operations.

The Growth Hub’s own recently released State of Sales: Challenges in Sales Leadership 2025 report also highlighted AI as an important differentiator, with 35% of the 268 sales professionals across multiple sectors surveyed saying that they were already leveraging sales-specific AI tools. In addition, 70% of non-adopters said that they were planning implementation within the next year.

New features focus on accessibility and insights

Beyond the AI copilot expansion, Seismic introduced a number of other enhancements:

  • Flexible Page Layouts make it easier for marketing and enablement teams to organise information more effectively, with Aura Copilot now assisting in building Pages across multiple languages
  • Track Enablement ROI with detailed analytics
  • AI-Powered Meeting Insights help representatives and managers quickly access intelligent summaries from calls
  • Improved Learning Tools in Seismic Skills offer more intuitive dashboards and expanded assessment options

Alex Josephs, Director of Sales Enablement Experience at IBM, highlighted the importance of Seismic Pages to their enablement strategy: “These kits form the backbone of our Seismic implementation, with a handful of active sales plays guiding our most strategic go-to-market initiatives.”

Growing demand for ROI visibility

According to Krish Mantripragada, Chief Product Officer at Seismic, the release addresses a critical need for revenue leaders to demonstrate ROI on enablement investments. He says: “Effective enablement is about connecting strategy to execution – but it shouldn’t stop there. Revenue leaders must also clearly articulate enablement ROI and be able to scale top behaviors and content across teams and business units.”

What this means for businesses

For sales leaders navigating the challenges of scaling a growing business, new AI tools such as these could offer a compelling solution. The ability to quickly analyse sales data, provide instant support to team members, and demonstrate ROI is crucial for proving the value of sales enablement. This release demonstrates how companies are realising the importance of embracing technology to optimise performance.
