When the nominations closed, the final list was given to our independent research partners who analysed the LinkedIn posts during a specific time period, that was not disclosed to the nominees, specifically reviewing these data metrics:
⭐ Followers: Number of engaged followers interacting with posts.
⭐ Engagement: Volume of comments, likes, and tags on posts.
⭐ Reach: How far the nominee’s posts travel through shares and reposts.
To calculate the Engagement Quality Score (EQS), the average total engagement per follower. So, if a nominee has a large number of followers who are unengaged this works against them in this index.

Nomination Criteria:
⭐ In a sales or leadership role, i.e. Account Manager, SDR, Business Development, Sales Director, C-level or Business Owner etc
⭐ Based and / or work in the UK & Ireland
⭐ Have a minimum of 3k+ followers on LinkedIn
Results were revealed at the Top 100 Sales Influencers Index event, co-located with the National Sales Conference on 3 July 2025 in London.
