How we ranked the Top 100
This wasn’t based on opinion nor the number of votes received, but instead we looked at data! When the Top 100 nominations closed on 28 February 2025, the final list was given to our independent research partners who analysed their LinkedIn posts during a specific time period, that was not disclosed to the nominees, reviewing these data metrics:
⭐ Followers: Number of engaged followers interacting with their posts.
⭐ Engagement: Volume of comments, likes, and tags on their posts.
⭐ Reach: How far the nominee’s posts travel through shares and reposts.
EQS = (Engagement x Reach) ÷ Followers
This formula calculates the Engagement Quality Score (EQS), the average total engagement per follower. So, if a nominee has a large number of followers who are unengaged this works against them in this index.

Nomination Criteria:
⭐ In a sales or leadership role, i.e. Account Manager, SDR, Business Development, Sales Director, C-level or Business Owner etc
⭐ Based and / or work in the UK & Ireland
⭐ Have a minimum of 3k+ followers on LinkedIn
Results were revealed at the Top 100 Sales Influencers Index event, co-located with the National Sales Conference on 3 July 2025 in London.
