The weekend my daughter was born…

I’ve always believed that every day is a learning day, but this was reinforced when I welcomed my daughter into the world at the weekend 😃

This amazing experience reminded me that there is loads of learning that crosses over from our personal & professional life (& vice versa). Sometimes it’s important to step outside of our comfort zone and other times get back to basics.

Why you should respect customers like babies…

  • Understand their needs

  • Act fast

  • Teach them

  • Explain/Show what’s in it for them

  • They are always right, i.e. always see it from their point of view

I believe personal & professional development is something to focus on throughout life!

So please join us at the National Sales Conference, in London (27 June) or Birmingham (14 November) for the UK’s most Inspiring, Educational & Motivational meeting place for Revenue Leaders, Account Managers, Customer Success and Sales Teams!
