And to add to the positivity this week, this Friday marks ‘Random Act of Kindness Day’, to celebrate and encourage small acts of goodwill.
We shouldn’t need reminding to be kind to those around us, but everyday life can sometimes take over, and we forget to check in on people to ask how they are doing.
Which is why our purpose is to continue the conversation around mental health & wellbeing.
