Moving from lockdown into another stressful period with a financial crisis looming, the mental health conversation has to be continued & openly addressed.
Awareness around mental health has definitely improved, but there is still a long way to go to completely remove the stigma around mental health.
At Growth Hub HQ, we care about continuing the conversation around mental health which is why on 12 October, 11am, our panel will be sharing their own experiences and thoughts on what more we can do to support our colleagues. Checking in on people to see how they are doing seems simple, but beginning that conversation is sometimes difficult to do!
