On my run this morning I saw the Cat in the Hat, Matilda, Little Red Riding Hood & Harry Potter?!


For a minute I thought I needed more sleep until it clicked… World Book Day!


Which got me thinking about the recent news about older children’s books being rewritten, the balance of opinions and the importance of understanding two sides of the story. 


In my ‘work’ world, as you can imagine, Sales vs. Marketing comes up from time to time 🤣 


The age old battle of marketing doing the work and sales teams taking credit and vice versa… 


But the days when marketing generated leads and sales converted them are in the past. In today’s world, marketing is involved in every stage of the sales process.
