We're still in a society where giving up smoking or drugs is met with rapturous applause while saying no to a drink... 'Oh come on, don't be so boring!' So how hard is it to say ‘no’? 


It is estimated that almost 60% of people use alcohol as a way to cope with the stresses of everyday life but alcohol acts as a depressant and makes us feel groggy, which definitely doesn't go hand in hand with a career in sales.
