The power of a smile is often underestimated.

I think we can all think of a time when we were feeling down, sad, angry and we may not have realised it at the time, but a smile from a friend, colleague or even a stranger had an impact. 

The same can be said about conversation. 

And one conversation that has been developing over recent years is the one around Mental Health… but the work is far from done. 

There is still a long way to go which is why we feel passionate about the Mental Health in Sales series (MHiS) and why on Wednesday 21 June, Stella Round will join us alongside Olly Magnus & Gina Burjah who will be sharing their stories on how mental health has affected them and what we can all do to ensure we are staying mentally fit. 

‘Your story may just change someone’s life’ and that’s exactly why we run the Mental Health series, because sharing stories raises awareness, helps understanding and creates a community of people committed to supporting mental health.
